The employee at this dealership under the name Christian wanted to argue with me when I called about a complaint. I was in an accident prior to my visit on 3/16/2026. The location of 8129 Main St. has apparently two different Toyota locations despite the fact they are alongside each other. The Toyota collision center repaired my car in early 2026 and I mentioned that one of my tires had been losing pressure. They checked the tire and could never find the cause of the leak. I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off at the collision shop on Feb. 24th to have a grille replaced that I pre-ordered. They did not get the vehicle into the shop until Feb. 27th even though I had an appointment on the 24th. They then found that it needed 2 small brackets that needed to be replaced. The service departments don't answer the phone.At some point maybe 10-15 minutes of being on hold a operator will respond and will be absolutely useless if you have any questions.Try messaging them and you wont get a response, What a joke

Have had some issues of late with 2015 Tacoma. Specifically, mice eating wiring. However, the service dept is always top notch and always fixes these issues promptly and efficiently. My service Advisor Robin is easy to work with and always helpful and accommodating. Same is true with Service Mgr Dominick. Traveled over an hour to West Herr Toyota of Williamsville after confirming interest in a vehicle. During my visit, the used car manager, Jason Peters, stated that if another dealer had offered me a certain trade-in value, I should ‘go buy it there.’ This was said before any actual negotiation took place. The tone was unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with West Herr and have yet to receive a response.

The only issue I had is we made an appointment and we had to wait month. We brought it in on a Monday and they didn’t even bring it into the shop until Friday. What’s the purpose of an appointment? The work done on it was mediocre there was a little chip at the top of the bumper very visible that we spotted when we got home but passed your quality inspection. To my inconvenience I brought it back and they did touch it up.

I noticed at about 1 hour 45 minute wait time my car in the garage was sitting there over 25 minutes with nobody attending to it. I ask a service rep and the said it will be ready in 5 MINUTES! It was AND they never topped off the windshield washer fluid for the 3rd time in a row! They never seem to get it right!

Have never had a good experience here. Always finding extra things to charge for. Spent two hours waiting for inspection to be done only to be told it couldn’t pass because of a crack in the windshield, something they could have told me within 2 seconds of seeing the car. Never taking a vehicle there again.
My car died on Friday morning on my way to work. By Saturday afternoon I met up with Jordan Phillips who was supposed to be helping my niece find a car but then went above and beyond to help me find one as well! He may have gone a little “bald” during the process but I truly appreciate all his time and effort! Thanks again Jordan!
West herr Toyota in Williamsville is Very unfriendly dealership, they definitely have issues with overpricing in poorly run service department, they quote you one price & charge you another, customer is just another number for them therefore they could afford to be rude to the customer, no concept of delivering vehicle to customer in timely manner, they’re too big for their own good to be worry about little thing call customer care in the service department, they definitely loss my business as well as my friends, big thumbs down.
