I recieved an awesome deal on a hard to aquire model and the dealership whent above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect and seamless! I went into this dealership yesterday to buy a used Toyota that had just been turned in, and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful! The car I wanted to look at was not at the lot at first, so they had an employee bring it over for me while I ate lunch. Patsy (Patricia) Esposito was the salesperson I went through. She was very personable and considerate of what I was looking for in a vehicle, making sure I was happy and comfortable with the deal we reached. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experience! The cars they offer there are well taken care of, and the staff doesn’t feel pushy like a lot of other dealerships would.

This dealership is outstanding! Tom Bull has been my outstanding salesperson for the past 12 years. He continually provides great knowledge about the vehicles I purchase and explains the many features that are offered for each of the vehicles. He is upfront, honest and a pleasure to deal with in every car experience. I recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Almost all my family has purchased vehicles from him. Jessica Corcoran is also an excellent employee with her knowledge of technology and helpful ways. She was able to set up my phone, radio stations and reviewed the many features of my new Siena minivan. I will continue to go to West Herr in the future because of the wonderful experiences I have each time I go there. The service department has also been helpful and Rachel Nichter has been a pleasure to work with as well. The employee at this dealership under the name Christian wanted to argue with me when I called about a complaint. I was in an accident prior to my visit on 3/16/2026. The location of 8129 Main St. has apparently two different Toyota locations despite the fact they are alongside each other. The Toyota collision center repaired my car in early 2026 and I mentioned that one of my tires had been losing pressure. They checked the tire and could never find the cause of the leak. After the repairs, I was constantly having to refill my tire on a weekly basis. The Toyota service center found the bead was leaking and repaired it. Even though I had asked about the tire leaking before that, they still felt it was necessary to charge me. I spent $800 on these tires when I bought them from west herr and I constantly need to have them resealed from flats. When I called about this, the employee Christian wanted to argue with me, say these are two separate locations and accuse me of trying to scam them out of a free patch job. He refused to let me speak and told me two different locations means they still have to charged me. He also laughed it off when I mentioned no one found it and said “that’s how it goes”. Horrible employee and horrible customer service.

I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off at the collision shop on Feb. 24th to have a grille replaced that I pre-ordered. They did not get the vehicle into the shop until Feb. 27th even though I had an appointment on the 24th. They then found that it needed 2 small brackets that needed to be replaced. Called me on the 27th and said they would order the parts and have them on Tuesday March 3rd. They called me on March 3rd and advised me they will give me an update on my vehicle on March 5th as the parts were ordered wrong. I finally received my vehicle back on March 5th. it took 11 days to replace a grille.

The service departments don't answer the phone.At some point maybe 10-15 minutes of being on hold a operator will respond and will be absolutely useless if you have any questions.Try messaging them and you wont get a response, What a joke

Purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey last year here for my wife, had no issues with the purchase process. But the salesman is a swindler. Jordan Phillips will say things just to get a sale. He stated he would get all weather mats and include them into the purchase, with texts to confirm. It’s been over a year with him ghosting us. He claimed West Herr Honda in Lockport who I do my business with could not get them in. I personally contacted them and they said it would be a next day order and they only need Jordan to reach out with a PO number to get them. They reached out to him and as far as I know he hasn’t said a word to that dealership. It’s disheartening to let a small mishap of all weather mats come in the way of a good review, but that’s thanks to a lazy salesperson like Jordan who wishes to ghost his customers rather than do right and honor a deal.

Always a great experience when servicing my car at W. Her Main street location in Williamsville great staff, very professional and friendly. It was a nice morning.
