Though the Toyota Venza made its debut a mere four years ago, Japanese automaker Toyota has decided it's time for some serious upgrades. The stylish crossover, which made its 2013 model debut recently at the NY Auto Show, will now become even more so with newly enhanced exterior styling. The new Toyota Venza will also feature several new updated option packages (with such features as the brand's Entune multi-media system) and an increased amount of standard features.

2013 Toyota Venza Specs:

- Trim levels: LE, XLE, and Limited

- Engine Choices: LE and XLE models are available with: a 181 horsepower 2.7-liter four-cylinder, a 268 horsepower 3.5-liter V6, and front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, while the Limited comes in V6 only (though you'll still get the choice of FWD or AWD)

- Developed for: the North American market, specifically

- Fuel Economy Ratings: 21 MPG city/27 MPG high for the FWD 4-cylinder model and 20 city/25 highway for the AWD 4-cylinder, 19 MPG city/ 26 MPG highway for the V6-engine FWD model and 18 city/ 25 highway for the AWD 6-cylinder

- Transmission: Both engines are mated to a six-speed sequential-shift (electronically-controlled) automatic with intelligence (ECT-i)

- Other Stand-Out Packages: Towing Prep Package on V6 models, featuring a heavy-duty alternator, an engine oil cooler, and a bigger radiator fan
